Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require notification by email to waveridermilos@gmail.com or by telephone to +30 6948846734
-For cancellations made 72 hours before the tour, Wave Rider offers 100% refund of the full payment.
-For cancellations made 48 hours before the tour, Wave Rider offers a 50% refund of the full payment.
-For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, no refund will be done.
Cancellation can be made by Wave Rider:
Wave Rider has the option to cancel the tour due to extreme weather conditions, engine failure
or any other property damage and for any other reason in order to ensure the safety of each passenger.
For all cancellations made by Wave Rider, a full refund will be made.

PAYMENT METHODS

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A.
