Terms and Conditions

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a service on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In order to make a transaction client must possess a valid credit card or debit card or prepaid card issued by a bank acceptable to us (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, we send you a confirmation by e-mail along with further information regarding the exact meeting point and time.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any services which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel 48 hours before the tour, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Tickets Delivery

No member will request any form of ticket from our clients in order to embark in one of our vessels. Therefore, Wave Rider does not provide or send any ticket. The reservation team sends only a voucher where all the necessary information (meeting point and time, what to bring etc) might be useful for our valued clients.

Terms of Use

These terms apply to the entire content of this web site. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this web site. These terms of use are governed by the Greek Law. Disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek Courts.

Our company reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary of a cruise or the type of the yacht due to force majeure (for example bad weather) or any other important reason (for example not enough participants) without prior notification. Please also note that the skipper can change the program of the tour any time for your comfort (for example due to weather conditions).
